  1. Nature of Services

Torrum Wealth facilitates the distribution of mutual fund schemes of various Asset Management Companies (AMCs). All investments are subject to the respective scheme information documents, offer documents, and applicable terms and conditions of the AMCs.

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.

  1. No Investment Advice

Information available on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and shall not be construed as investment advice, research, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any securities or mutual fund schemes.

  1. Account Creation and Responsibility

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate and complete personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.
Accounts are non-transferable.

  1. Direct Plan Disclosure

Investors are informed that they have the option to invest in Direct Plans of mutual fund schemes directly with the respective AMC. Direct Plans have a lower expense ratio as they do not involve distribution commissions.

By investing through Torro Wealth, you are opting for a Regular Plan, which includes a distribution commission as disclosed in our commission structure.

  1. Nomination

The investor acknowledges the importance of providing a nomination for mutual fund investments and confirms having been informed of the same.

  1. Risk Profiling and Suitability

The investor confirms that risk profiling has been conducted and that the schemes invested in are suitable based on the disclosed risk appetite.

  1. SIP Mandates

In the case of Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) mandates, it is the investor’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available on the due date. Any penalties or bank charges arising due to failed SIP transactions shall be borne by the investor.

  1. Transaction Processing and NAV

Transactions are processed through third-party infrastructure such as BSE StAR MF, NSE NMF II, or MFU.

  • No Guarantee of Same-Day NAV: Torro Wealth does not guarantee the applicability of same-day Net Asset Value (NAV).
  • NAV Determination: NAV is assigned by the AMC based on the time of receipt of funds and successful digital timestamping by the exchange/RTA. Delays may occur due to technical issues, banking delays, or system outages.
  • Limitation of Liability: Torro Wealth shall not be liable for any losses or missed opportunities resulting from such delays or infrastructure-related issues.
  1. Commission Disclosure

Details regarding commissions or fee-sharing arrangements for MFD products are available to investors upon request. Torro Wealth receives trail commissions from product manufacturers, as applicable.

  1. Specialized Investment Funds (SIFs)

Investors acknowledge that Specialized Investment Funds (SIFs) are sophisticated investment products distinct from traditional mutual funds and may utilize exchange-traded derivatives beyond simple hedging, including unhedged short exposure up to 25% of net assets.

  1. Derivative Risk Disclosure

The use of derivatives for active long-short strategies introduces leverage and complexity, which may result in higher volatility and potential for substantial capital loss compared to traditional long-only strategies.

  1. Investor Acknowledgement

The investor confirms having reviewed the Investment Strategy Information Document (ISID) and the mandatory scenario analysis provided by the AMC prior to making the investment decision.

Torrum Wealth does not assure or guarantee any returns, capital protection, or performance of any mutual fund, SIF. Past performance is not indicative of future results

  1. Execution-Only Role

Torro Wealth acts solely as a distributor and facilitator of transactions. Final investment decisions, including selection of schemes, amount invested, and timing of investments, are solely at the discretion of the investor.

  1. Accuracy of Information Provided by Investor

The investor is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of information, documents, and declarations provided. Torro Wealth shall not be liable for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the investor.

  1. Execution-Only Role

Torrum Wealth acts solely as a distributor and facilitator of transactions. Final investment decisions, including selection of schemes, amount invested, and timing of investments, are solely at the discretion of the investor.

  1. Accuracy of Information Provided by Investor

The investor is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of information, documents, and declarations provided. Torrum Wealth shall not be liable for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the investor.

  1. Communication and Electronic Records

The investor consents to receive communications, statements, disclosures, and transaction-related information electronically via registered email address, mobile number, or digital platforms. Electronic records shall be deemed valid and binding.

  1. Suspension or Discontinuation of Services

Torrum Wealth reserves the right to suspend or discontinue access to the website or services, in whole or in part, without prior notice, in case of:

  • Regulatory or legal requirements
  • Suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • Breach of these Terms
  1. Force Majeure

Torrum Wealth shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, system failures, regulatory actions, strikes, or acts of government.

  1. Data Protection and Privacy

Collection, processing, storage, and disclosure of personal data shall be governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms, and shall be in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

  1. Third-Party Service Providers

Services may rely on third-party platforms including AMCs, RTAs, stock exchanges, payment gateways, or technology vendors. Torrum Wealth shall not be responsible for any errors, delays, or failures attributable to such third parties.

  1. Indemnity

The investor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Torrum Wealth from any loss, claim, liability, or expense arising out of:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Violation of applicable laws
  • Misrepresentation or incorrect information provided by the investor
  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.

  1. Grievance Redressal

We are committed to providing fair, transparent, and prompt services to investors. Any grievance or complaint relating to the services provided by us as a Mutual Fund Distributor (“Distributor”) may be addressed in the manner set out below, in accordance with applicable SEBI and AMFI guidelines.

  1. Lodging of Grievance

Investors may lodge their grievance or complaint by contacting us through any of the following modes:

The grievance should contain relevant details including the investor’s name, contact details, description of the issue, and supporting documents, if any.

  1. Resolution Timeline

The Distributor shall acknowledge receipt of the grievance and shall endeavour to resolve the same within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, subject to receipt of complete information and dependencies, if any, on the concerned Asset Management Company (“AMC”) or Registrar & Transfer Agent (“RTA”).

  1. Escalation to SEBI – SCORES

If the investor is not satisfied with the resolution provided, or if no response is received within the stipulated timeline, the investor may lodge or escalate the complaint through the SEBI Complaints Redress System (SCORES) at:

Where a complaint is received through SCORES, the Distributor shall upload the Action Taken Report (“ATR”), along with supporting documents, if any, within the timelines prescribed by SEBI. A complaint shall be treated as resolved or disposed of only upon its closure on the SCORES platform.

  1. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

Upon exhaustion of the available grievance redressal mechanisms, or if the investor continues to remain dissatisfied with the outcome, the investor may initiate dispute resolution through the Online Dispute Resolution (“ODR”) mechanism made available by SEBI via the SMART ODR Portal at:

The investor may also initiate dispute resolution through the ODR mechanism at any stage of the grievance redressal or escalation process, as permitted under applicable SEBI circulars, guidelines, and directions.

  1. Reference Number

Investors are advised to quote the Service Ticket Number / Complaint Reference Number, if any, while escalating complaints on SCORES or the SMART ODR Portal for effective tracking and resolution.

  1. Limitation of Role

The Distributor acts solely as a distributor of mutual fund schemes and does not control or manage fund management activities, Net Asset Value (NAV) declaration, unit allotment, or redemption, which are the responsibility of the respective AMC and RTA. Grievances relating to such matters may be forwarded to the concerned AMC or RTA, as applicable.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

Continued access to or use of the website and services shall constitute deemed acceptance of these Terms, as amended from time to time.
